Isn't it legal to key the car when the driver does that? Should be, anyway.
Urgh, yeah. Real inconsiderate driver. I thought the municipal council workers go around clamping these sort of offenders. Heheh!

Yes, Brad, I believe it is.....key it, I hate it when they park in front of a busy shop, lock the car and leave it running, and run in to get something....they probably try to barge into anyline of us peons waiting in line....they are important.
Tell you a little secret....those Beamer Drivers are not liked my Truck Drivers....when they try to sneak by me in a congested condition....I try to ditch them....Once in awhile I am successful....and the people I drive for defend me when the calls come in from the idiot who thought he/she was more important than me and my job. My job is driving.....I rule the road, not the BMW's
